The order shows up in the overview, but when I click „show my orders“ it‘s not there...
I‘ve never had this problem before, so I‘m afraid something’s not right

Not heard of that or experienced it unfortunately... I managed to score the mini pa de the same time you made your order and I can see mine in both the overview and the detailed view. Status is “submitted”. Check again tomorrow!

It can stay in this category for up to 24hrs, should be fine. Check again tomorrow!

Mine went straight to order in prep. Don’t worry it should be fine. I’ve had long periods of pending validation too on some orders and then eventually changed to prep.? Give it 24 hours and if status doesn’t change call CS.

Getting an email confirmation is a very good sign. Keep us updated on what happens. Fingers and toes crossed. Lol!
