This thread is for all of you stalking the Louis Vuitton EU website.
Please post items you’re stalking and any hard to find items that pop up online.

This is not a discussion/chat thread!

Please save commentary and pics of the items you receive in another thread!

Thanks!

Thank you to everyone that has posted their tips, atb comments and shared their experiences. I want to return the favour by sharing my tips that helped me get the nano speedy and multi khaki. This is a bit of a read but I hope it helps those new to the thread.

Tip 1 - Research
I’m based in the UK, but I believe all European stock is the same as all items ultimately ship from France. I searched through the UK and EU threads specifically for search terms such as “multi”, “mpa”, “nano”, “nano speedy” etc to see what days and times these items became available. I learnt that some items appear more frequently (sometimes even everyday), whereas others appear once a week, or go through peaks and troughs of availability. The multi PA was extremely scarce, it mainly come in stock between Wednesday to Friday, in the afternoon (there were some variance on the times like early morning). Nano Speedy was more available in March but in April it was normally a Wednesday or Thursday afternoon. Basically through this research I tried to find the best times to stalk. Side note: I also read “what are you stalking today” and “Browser Extensions/Add ons - Auto refresh” for general tips/patterns.

Tip 2 - Automate
The most helpful tip is having an auto refresh app/extension installed in your browser. I started with Super Auto Refresh in Chrome, but it wasn’t helpful to me because I’m wfh with two monitors, I couldn’t stare at my personal laptop all day looking for ATB. So I tried Auto Refresh in Chrome which allows you to get an alert when you lose or find text however this feature did not work for me. So I moved onto Check for Change (C4C) in Firefox and this actually worked to alert me when the text in the page changed - special credit to ChanelCanuck that mentioned this in one of the above threads. In Firefox I highlighted ‘Call for Alternatives’, clicked on the C4C icon and set it to refresh every 5 seconds. One thing I must add is that Check for Change is a bit buggy, by that I mean it gives some false alerts roughly once every two hours when the page fails to load (I can live with this because it means the alert actually works), when this happened I would close and reopen Firefox, the page would load and I would start Check for Change again. I also changed my laptop power/battery options to never go to sleep while I was stalking. Side Note: I used Check for Change on the actual product page not wish list, if you use it on the wish list you will get false alerts because you have to click on the product each time the page loads to see the availability - I hope that makes sense.

I wish everyone the best of luck
That is ready useful information thanks so much. I'm on my phone cos on mat leave at the moment minding the kids so can't auto refresh with an alert which is a pain but going to keep trying:smile:

Wow! You have this down to a fine art. Thanks for sharing.

Just to add. I also installed an auto refresh app (browser auto refresh), which you can set to refresh the desired website for as little as 1 second up to whatever you want. You can also press pause to stop the refresh, if you see your item available to buy.

Wow congrats everyone! I love my MPA so I feel you all! Trust me - ignore the haters, best purchase ever!!! Hahahaha

Now... where are the mini PAs?!

LV honestly be milking this price increase during a pandemic like no other lol
It seems suspiciously ironic there's a flurry of stock for htf items just a couple of days after the price increase. Me thinks this was a very strategic move. Also a test to see if in this pandemic with so many people out of work, are people still willing to buy with a price increase.

Even with a global pandemic LVMH (Louis Vuitton parent group) still managed to report a revenue of 10.6 billion euros in the first quarter of this year compared to 12.5 last year. That price increase will probably make up for that small reduction in revenue in no time, especially as they own Fenty beauty which is also doing really well.

Hmmm I’m not sure I think it could be ok no? Aren’t we allowed to buy 2 of the same items? It says not more than 2 per transaction correct?

I have both colours of the MPA in my bag now.. the rose one just came up 2 times, should i delete the kaki one just to be sure because i already have that colour?

Maybe better. It may raise a flag as a possible resell as you're buying such an extremely htf item in quick succession and in the same colour. At least a different colour may appear you're deciding which colour you want. It shouldn't matter as LV T&C's states you can buy two of the same, but this particular item could be a little different.

Yes i thought so too, maybe they are more strict with this item and because the rose one has an other code they maybe will let it go trough validation

Let's hope it goes through. It was pure fluke I refreshed the item page and it came up add to bag! The Victorine wallet was not supposed to be in my basket, but who cares, as I'll return that. Finally! :yahoo:
I can now get a good night's sleep after one week of stalking.
If anyone's interest I purchased at 17.00 UK time!
Has your gone through yet ?
