You have to select them from the icons above (click on smiley face) which you’ll see when you type your reply and not from your phone emojis.

I got my PA mono very early am, at 3.15 I think, if that helps at all. But seen it at other times as well

Hi, maybe it will help you. Last week I ordered pochette metis mono. It came and it is not perfect it is my dream bag, I was waiting so long.. I managed it and I am disappointed. Today I talked with rep and she told me I have few options.. to return, to go to ups, to return in a store etc. Also told me that she can get it for me when the stores will be reopen. When you are dissatisfied, disappointed client you can hear that the bag you want is available for you (despite the fact that it wasn't available before).
Now I am scared to order online Toiletry 26 came perfect so maybe I will give it a try one more time

well my pm Reverse from the store is perfect now. And I ordered a Metis Mono for my mum a couple weeks ago and it came perfectly made ... its a gamble ...

I managed to buy another one soon after receiving the first, but at the time they were restocking them couple of times a day. To LV this is not a defect so they wouldnt exchange, even for a different print one, only option was to return it.

I don't blame you for returning it, I wouldn't have been happy with that condition having spent so much on it! Did it take long for another one to come up?
