this is a highly sought after item unfortunately, when I got my first one I had to stalk the website day and night for two weeks

Hi all.
I ordered a key pouch as a gift for me from the hubby and it arrived on 25th March. He put it away till two days ago when he gave me it. When I opened it, pure horror as it is so deformed I can’t believe it would even pass the quality checks. I also realised the returns details ie telephone number are from The Netherlands I’m located in Spain! And there was no usual ribbon on the box, everything just thrown in so clearly this was a returned item from the Netherlands that I got sent to me. I will attach some pics of the monstrosity. My question is as it’s out of the 30days return or exchange policy will LV still exchange it as it’s clearly a faulty piece? And do I just have to send an email with pics attached to customer service? Thanks

I think they have extended their return policy due to Covid, I would just book the return online and not even mess around with CS in the UK I have been waiting for a call back since last Friday waste of time

I paid attention to the time periods many products pop up as available during the last days. Seems to be like this: 8:40 - 9:10 am, 12:40 - 1:10 pm and 5:40 - 6:20 pm. Do you agree? Any other suggestion?

Definitely the 12:40 - 1:10 pm and 5:40 - 6:20 pm. For very early risers, 4.00 am - 6.00 am, I've seen some hard to find items.

I think they have extended their return policy due to Covid, I would just book the return online and not even mess around with CS in the UK I have been waiting for a call back since last Friday waste of time

Unfortunately it no longer gives me the choice to book a return on my account page, I have ordered quite a lot of items this month and the rest that are within 30days allow me to click for a refund but the key holder has moved to just having the receipt available to view.

I'm so sorry... you may try putting it out in the sun, opened up, hooks facing down. Canvas resin becomes much softer when it's warm, you may be able to reshape it. My key holder corners sometimes lift up with multiple daily use, when I'm careless opening it, and I have always been able to fix it this way
