When they have stock of items that I want , they would email or Whatsapp me, then they send me a payment link where I could make payment. In my country Malaysia, the stocks allocation for eCommerce and physical stores are different or separate , and the warehouse is in Singapore, so I normally let my CA know as well the items that I want to buy, so that she could secure one for me if the physical stores get stocks first. Lately, our eCommerce (CS side) gets stock very much faster than my CA side, that’s why the CS already secured a By The Pool MPA, Tiny Backpack and kirigami for me.
I understand from this forum that different country operates differently, so you might try both by calling CS and inform your regular CA to help you.

i also make a call to LV customer service malaysia. But they only able to give me waiting list order for marshmallow hobo in rosebud :( any ideas we will get it

I see, then you should call CS to place order. They will create order under your account, once they have stock, they will send you email to inform item on hold for you for the next 24 hours . Another way is to ask your CA, but physical stores get stock very slow lately . April 1st-7th, LV will have summer capsule event for launching of this summer collection

thank you! CS already help to make order but under waitinglist order which CS said if only stock available.
Would appreciate if anyone can share their experience on waiting list order, thanks

If you see the order created in your LV account or received email mentioning the product has been placed on waiting list then it should be fine. Good Luck !

I'd pick the one I'd use the most, and that is more versatile. Speedy gets my vote.
