I contacted our LV Customer Service , the eCommerce side, I told them the SKU of items that I want to order, they will create ‘order’ which appeared on my LV account ‘my order ‘ page. When they have stock of items that I want , they would email or Whatsapp me, then they send me a payment link where I could make payment. In my country Malaysia, the stocks allocation for eCommerce and physical stores are different or separate , and the warehouse is in Singapore, so I normally let my CA know as well the items that I want to buy, so that she could secure one for me if the physical stores get stocks first. Lately, our eCommerce (CS side) gets stock very much faster than my CA side, that’s why the CS already secured a By The Pool MPA, Tiny Backpack and kirigami for me.
I understand from this forum that different country operates differently, so you might try both by calling CS and inform your regular CA to help you.
