When they have stock of items that I want , they would email or Whatsapp me, then they send me a payment link where I could make payment. In my country Malaysia, the stocks allocation for eCommerce and physical stores are different or separate , and the warehouse is in Singapore, so I normally let my CA know as well the items that I want to buy, so that she could secure one for me if the physical stores get stocks first. Lately, our eCommerce (CS side) gets stock very much faster than my CA side, that’s why the CS already secured a By The Pool MPA, Tiny Backpack and kirigami for me.
I understand from this forum that different country operates differently, so you might try both by calling CS and inform your regular CA to help you.

Does anyone else's mini pochette appear to not have a date code? Or maybe I'm just not seeing it . . . I know usually it's on a little leather tab on the inside but mine has nothing.

I was told time and time again that there are no preorders on these- I'm getting extremely frustrated because I do not want to miss this collection. Im in the US- does anyone have an SA that can help me secure an order. I have ordered/purchased several pieces in the last few weeks already [montsouris empriente, bumbag empreiente, Felicie, new perfume and the mini pochette empreinte]

There’s been miscommunication from corporate down. My CA thought he could preorder my items for me but couldn’t. He explained these items are by nomination which he did nominate me. But it’s still confusing. He’s been so busy I haven’t been able to get a clear explanation from him what this means. All I know is they have my money and if I don’t get the items they better refund promptly.

I tired On The Beach today. Initially I didn’t love it as it was very very citrus forward. But then...the dry-down! I love it!!! Sexy, light, beachy.
(haven’t tried CD)

Nice! CD is amazing and long-lasting, I love it. One spritz on my wrists and dabs to collar after lasts a full 8 hrs. I’m tempted by OTB too lol, waiting on samples from my SA
