Not the best lighting, but it's been raining or cloudy for days. First pic compares this blue with the Olympe blue. LVoe both shades of these blues :heart:

Thank you for the extra photos! I just got the mist mpa. After seeing it, I am in love! But I really can’t decide which I like better after these photos :(. I guess I’ll need to see it in person.

did you also order the mist speedy by chance? Between the mist speedy and mpa, I think I like the mpa a tad more. But between the mpa mist and blue - I don’t know!

My speedy arrived and it is a little gem- love it to bits- the pink is just so cheery and summery! :heart: :hbeat:

I was concerned the zipper would be an issue but out of the box, the glide was smooth. No struggle. I did rub the teeth with wax paper just to give it a little less friction and it is as perfect as it gets. I know some had issues with the zipper being hard to open and close but it seems this second batch of speedys is much better. It also came with the charm properly attached including the little leather stay (someone got the memo on how to attach the parts the right way!).

I was all set to return it when it arrived because of worries about the zipper but now it is staying in its new home :smile::flowers:

Hey guys, I need some advice from LV connaisseurs ;)) I am fascinated by the BTP collection and thought I might finally pull the trigger on my first speedy! However, I am not sure if I should go for the BTP Brume/Mist or just for a classic DA. Plus, I am currently hunting for an original MPA/khaki, but I am again torn between that and the MPA/Brume :P What would you recommend? Go for a BTP or a classic canvas? Help pls! I currently only own one LV, a Noe in burgundy epi leather, so I have no idea what the canvas is like^^
I should add that my location is in a strict lockdown, so I can only order online and probably won't be able to see any bags in person :sad:

I'm a little biased because I got the BTP Speedy in Pink (also my 1st Speedy!), but I just love color. It really depends on your style and what you think you would use most.
I think the BTP Brume/Mist is such a neutral pallette it will go with a lot of things. I'm also on strict lockdown - see if you can set up a virtual appointment with you local store. Good luck !

Thank you for that suggestion! I haven't considered a virtual appointment yet, but I may as well give it a try! Not sure that's possible atm though, because the only LV store in my city is under renovation as well as under lockdown :P
Overall my heart is leaning more towards the BTP speedy, and I think this might be one of those collections that will be remembered for a long time. It's just annoying that I cannot try it on in person. I find online shopping sooo stressful, you just don't know what you will get in the end, returns because of quality issues are such a hassle - and the BTP speedy is considerably more expensive then a classic canvas. But the heart wants what it wants... if I could I would just buy all the BTP canvas purses haha

Enjoy your pink lemonade speedy! That one is such a comforting colourway :)

That’s great. Any pics to share? Apart from the zipper being hard to open I don’t think there were any other issues were there? Congrats and enjoy your new bag! I love the colour. Great choice! It’s such a gorgeous summer bag! Especially with the pretty charm
