Hi anybody has an SA they know that still have the speedy in brume that will willing to ship it out? I got an email earlier that my speedy in brume I ordered last Friday on launch day was cancelled, even when it showed in my account this morning that order in preparation! I called the corporate number and the SA told me there’s an “inventory discrepancy” and there is nothing they can do about it. I was informed the only way to get it is to go in to the actual store that still have in stock. However, the LV stores in my area are all sold out. If anyone knows or have any info where I can get my hand on this item please let me know. TIA!

It shows stores do have it. Maybe you can do a charge send through customer service?

Hi that is what I did. I called in Friday since everything was out of stock online and the first CA helped put the order through by sending me a link to my email to pay. However, days later I checked on my status on my online account and it said order in preparation but then they sent me the email earlier with the status cancelled. I called in again and another CA told me the first CA wasn’t allow to do that since it is a new collection etc So now the only way I can get it according to him is to go to the store or have a SA at that particular store where the item is still in stock to ship it to me. I’ve always been a Hermes and Chanel fan and just recently got back into the whole LV obsession so I don’t have an SA at the store that I work with

Congrats on everyone’s order that came in! All so beautiful. I know the marshmallow bag was mentioned it won’t restock. But maybe try to call an SA to order the cosmetic pouch? My friend was able to order the pink card case in March after the launch.
It seems the MPA and speedy is very popular in Ontario, Canada. The neverfulls are fully stocked.
