She will probably just set up under another name. It's sad that there are people out there who make their living off scamming people. If feel bad for those who bought from her believing it was real, it is going to not be a pretty sight when someone tells them its not real.

Who is "she"

i always think that people should just buy what they can afford. i think there are other cute purse that ppl can buy with the money ppl spend on fakes. why falsely represent yourself??

Looks like whoever owned the site design, pulled it after the recent fiasco. Wonder what happened? I'm still wondering if I got a C&D from Lynda's lawyer, as I was threatened. I guess I'll see next week once I get back home.

Why were YOU threatened, if anything it was the people on the other website that slammed her. She should really be ashamed of herself.

I really don't think people will ever stop talking about places where service and merchandise isn't what it should be. I want to thank everyone for talking...keep up the good work...without detectives like you there wouldn't be a need for a blog like this! Some people are fortunate enough to be able to always shop retail for others it becomes a little more difficult so lets continue to help each other!

Aren't we tired of this topic? She's out of business -- deservedly or not. I say we should give it a rest.

Issmom, I completely understand your point of view as you said weeks earlier you did not want to take any part in the exchange, however , if we would have kept it hush hush we would not have helped many people from being scammed. I know that now it is over but hearing that her site is down does feel like a little triumph for those who were emotionally involved. so I understand the need to express and reinforce the justification of this injustice.

I second that!!! some people just stumble into this blog by accident. Like me. Letting people know that there are sellers out there who go all the way to cheat innocent people is a good thing. So people will be more careful. I think this blog has done a great job!

Why? I don't know. Because I didn't delete the thread that questioned her item's authenticity, because I believed in the open discussion and making sure that future buyers are aware of the doubts that past buyers had about the goods that SS sold to them.

I think the whole thing may just have backfired on her.
