I was trying to explain to someone that recent palettes have been subtle, not such bright colors … was Having trouble explaining this
You did it perfectly in a word - no VIF
Yesterday, in Target, the scrunchies were all in the same non-VIF palette - terracotta (not H orange), sage(not emerald), gray (no black). tannin (wine dregs) not burgundy

Boy those Pantone palettes sure get around

Thank you! I did know that, but was wondering what SH stands for? I do remember MC was something like Mediterranean? The mysteries of H language …I assume HG doesn’t mean „holy grail“ in this context …
I have always wondered what the abbreviations stand for season to season too. I have only been collecting for a short time and I think only once did someone say what some abbreviations stood for to my memory lol. It is so interesting that it isn’t in their marketing info or info that gets out there to the public. And I do have to say that I don’t think I have ever seen such a comprehensive color list like what @Chinglish2015. Amazing intel 2015, amazing

Think the credit for that list goes to @cascade2021. ;)
And yes, the names of the colour groups/universes are for internal use only, hence no need for H to market it to the public. Every scarf design has one or more CWs falling under five or six named colour universes (new every season), we see the abbreviations of those colour universes. Talk to your SA if you want to know what they stand for.

I received word yesterday that Spring/Summer 2022 will be the last season for the wash silks. There won't be any in future seasons, though as with all things H, it might be subjected to a comeback at some point. ;)

I only have one.

Although you can wash them in the washing machine (which I don't) the 'peachiness' also seems to attract more dust and dirt, which is kind of ironic. I have the issue with a light DD which are similar to the hand but not quite as thick, I have put that one in the washing machine because it was that or wear looking dirty..

For this reason, I think people are resistant to buying, me included. I don't think people want to put their scarves in the washing machine when they can be washed by hand.

I'm still catching-up with the other multiple new formats H launches. I still don't have a double-sided print yet.

Me either on the doubles. I have commitment issues it seems. I can’t pick a design and color.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO
The two designs for the 90cm wash silk of SS22 are beautiful designs (Concours d'Etriers and Sous L'egide de Mars). The former I consider to be a classic H whereas the latter ties beautifully with the feathers. So, grab them when they're in stores! :graucho:

p/s: H retired the 70cm silks only to bring them back a few years later, so there's hope. ;)
