Lovely photos! I recently purchased the same colorway in the wash version and love the vibrant yellow. I believe Lanit’s version is washed as well and in photos I cannot tell the difference between it and the regular silk (Fiji’s and yours)! I’d love to compare in person.

Thank you very much @MAGJES ! I concur, it's hard to find the difference by simply comparing pictures of the wash version against the silk version. It would be so fun to be able to compare in real life. The wash version would feel divinely softer I'm sure, but I decided to save the $$$ and I needed instant gratification in bringing home the silk that was available

This scarf looks beautiful on you. Great shots. I have the wash version in the blue jean colorway and am thrilled that it is vibrant in its own way. Love the yellow CW on all y'all! My MdZ is the first wash I have bought. Also received the Atlantis 70 in the pink-- both my new silks look fantastic with spring and summer colors. This yellow scarf is temting me to experiment with brighter CWs. Thank you for the wonderful pics.

Thank you very much @LKBNOLA ! I tried on the blue jean silk in store and it is indeed very beautiful! All the colorways are stunners in their own ways. I love that they can keep the vibrant colors even in the wash versions, which means I should look forward to owning a wash one day  BTW the pink Atlantis is FABULOUS and it's one of my favourite of all the CWs! Unfortunately I almost never wear pink so I won't be getting that one. You should definitely continue to add brighter CWs ;)

It's gone from H website in the US right now, but they often restock certain colorways and designs throughout the season. It will likely be back, just keep checking.
Correct, thank you. Some kind person sent me word that 3 were on-line and I took too long buying it, this design flew out of the store. I'll get it eventually, thank you kind person.

Would you mind sharing a picture of it worn around the neck? I really like the design though and will probably buy it

Here you go - do excuse the giant knot. Was just trying to show as much of the "white" section as possible.

Have just questioned about the colour difference and was told this seems to be case for other scarves in this line. If you are thinking to get one, perhaps worth trying the red/orange/blue or grey options for less of a contrast between the two sides of the scarf.

Thank you so much!! I think it looks lovely! Will you keep it?
And would you please let me know the CW number for my SA?

Hi all,

I've received the black and white Le Pegase today but frankly am rather disappointed with the real scarf, as it is not just a lot thinner (a bit translucent) but the white section appears to be a lot darker like grey than the official pic.

Anyone has any idea if this is normal for a wash scarf like this? Or potentially a defect? Much appreciate your thoughts as to decide what to do with this one. Thanks in advance!
This thinness/translucency of the white side would be a concern to me. Part of the appeal of this scarf, to me, is the chance to get the appearance of two scarves in one, being able to fold it such that only the white shows or only the black, or deciding to highlight both. If the black shows through the white... well, it becomes a lot less versatile, IMO.

Thanks for the IRL modeling pics. Summer twill is always thinner & lighter weight and I guess by the time they put it through the wash process the result is more so. Goodness I'm not keen on this either. I was dubious to begin with as blanc is a hideous colour for me - but my SA & I thought that the gold may salvage it and the design is wonderful. So sad as my SA says this is the only colourway my country ordered. She has it on hold for me when it comes in but I can't say I'm enthusiastic.

Indeed so! Was hoping to have the Day & Night effect with this one, but perhaps just barely a version of a foggy/rainy day...

Exactly, but tbh the "gold" lines look more like deep yellow and "orangy mustard" colour on the edges...Feel they didn't really "wash" it properly - much like what happened with your white silk shirt when you wash it together with other dark clothes. Even my cream curtains look much brighter in comparison...

Balthus, so sorry to hear about your mom. I am glad you were able to help her. Sorry also to hear about your fall, but how nice that you have some silks coming your way to cheer you up! Looking forward to seeing more when they arrive!
How wonderful to be able to distract your mind from the fall with a batch of new scarves. With not being able to wander about in a store easily or necessarily, safely these days, I've found myself ordering multiples of sizes or colors to decide from.
