Ps I may be brain dead and this is a recent reissue , that everyone but myself knew about ... seems a bit early for a reissue IMHO, what do I know ? Just trying to share

Although I remember them coming out with 2 further Mythiques Phoenix (2014(?) not the Coloriage) when they highlighted the design throughout the range including pareo and swimwear. Original issue was 2011. Could be MdZ has the same purpose.

the other one from - cw16 - this one is seriously tempting me. I previously had decided to pass on this reissue (I already have one that I love and don't normally due doubles but this cw is really calling me and very different from the one have and I probably suit me better than the black one.

When H sees its silk market contract, they fall back on their archives and eliminate senior staff , it seems to happen every 20 years or so
Silk, more so than bags (they can coast on Bs and Ks without a new bag for a long time) or RTW (mostly one designer and design staff is senior but not huge) is expected to have 10 new designs per season, and the start up investment in a new design is large (esp. buying design from artist , colorists and people to do test printings by hand ). The initial cost is huge, and they have to make up the investment with volume sales over decades
I would expect more “reissues” than in previous seasons , I count remix, finesse, wash, colorists, dip dye, tattoo, double side, bandana etc as reissues although others might not
MP was unique, only 7 original cws, then only 2 cws some 2.5 years later , not many original cws, as if H did not have a lot of confidence in the design ?
The 2 addl cws were special ones, coordinated with the RTW group, in the RTW palette, so, almost special issues done at the request of the RTW group, rather than a full fledged reissue in 10 cws. The RTW group picked up on the design in a big way.
It became a cult design and was done in every possible size, fabric, coloriage, mousse, twilly
