Scarfmail today brought me En Roue Libre Chemise CW17.
Not sure if I wanna keep it.
On the plus side, I love love love the bright pink, blue and yellow together. Those are three of my favorite colors. As a huge fan of contrast hems, the navy hem here also appeals to me.
On the other hand, this is my first Chemise/Wash scarf and I'm shocked by how thin and flimsy the fabric feels. If I hadn't ordered this from h.com I would almost think it was a knock-off. Even the hem is thinner than normal! I was under the impression that wash scarves would be softer and flowy, but this feels almost brittle, like crepe paper. I missed the luxurious feel of proper twill.
And finally, the biggest downside: this thing wrinkles like mad! When I get a new scarf the first thing I do is always take modshots with a bunch of different knots. As I do this quickly, the twill scarves don't get wrinkled after. But after just 3-4 minutes of modshots, this scarf was a wrinkled mess, as you can see from the last picture. I HATE ironing so not sure if it's gonna be worth keeping this one. I do love the colors though

Will decide in the next few days. What do you all think? If anyone has positive experiences to share with Chemise/wash scarves I would appreciate hearing it!
