Visited my H-store today and got some intel on the SS 2021 season. It may have already been mentioned on this thread but there is a re-issue of Marche du Zambezie in both the 90 silk and 90 washed silk. Also a 90 silk called something like Faubourg Tropicale - supposedly somewhat like Un Jardin sur le Toit but she described it as the tropical garden covers the entire roof of the Faubourg building. And finally, I'm most excited about a new mousseline - a 140 called Astrologie Soleil (I think) which is described as the Astrologie print then three solid bands of colour running horizontally across the whole thing. Sounds like it could be really beautiful.
Any intel on the Valentine’s Twillys? <3

ooh, sounds great! I missed Marche du Zambezie first time around. Hope the color ways are as gorgeous as the original issue!

Ooh, thanks! It's been a while since there's been a new mousseline, right?
I'm really curious about the color families. I'd love to see some rich, deep greens.

ok I need correspondence as a gift to my DH who is a transit geek - airplanes trains etc - and that one looks like a subway map or something similar!

(and when I say “gift” I mean I will buy it in the name of a gift but more than likely wear it myself too :P)

So quoting myself because I found out some more info about this scarf design that I definitely want (Correspondence, re-attached below)...it *is* indeed a subway system! And the word/letters of "hermes" are hidden in it...(had fun finding them)!

Yes, yes, I see the "hermes"! How clever of you to figure it out.....and it does indeed look just like a metro map.

2 things going on I suspect:-
1) the number of events to showcase all the goodies to fashion journalists is severely restricted by Covid - so few pictures in circulation.
2) our previous generous sources of comprehensive intelligence had their good natures tested by some exceedingly demanding TPFers. They have withdrawn from the fray so we have to shift for ourselves. I am returning to my local store to pick up an order before Christmas so I'll have another dig but the staff are quite within their rights to rebuff any enquiries. I feel the frustration considering the riches we used to previously enjoy.

However, in past years the new season scarves do tend to start showing up particularly in New York before Christmas so hang on in there! This year the hand held tech the SAs have to hand at all times in store ( at least in the UK) allow them to access pictures of all the scarves their store has ordered for a season so be nice and you might get a chance to look.
