I didn't even pay attention to the prices that Lala mentioned in her video because I was so absorbed in all of that eye candy. But just rewatched it and will reiterate the prices:

The Tuileries Besace would be a GREAT investment. It has ZERO vachetta and glazing. No Patina or Glazing worries. I'm in!!!!!!
Totally agree with you! Very low maintenance, indeed. What I also love is that you can wear it multiple ways. Which color combo do you like best?

It is smooth leather though so watch out for scratches.
