Most SAs are not aware of upcoming releases. It's not their fault really: they are asked to focus on daily tasks. Most store employees discover the collection as it is delivered to boutiques. But if you have the item number, the SA can look up the product details for you.
Does anyone know when the St. Cloud will be released?
