I think it's interesting and edgy, although I prefer the original Pochette Métis. Infrarouge appears really 'loud' to me. I do like that it has the khaki interior (khaki = military green in French).

My biggest concern is more 'meta.'
For many decades, Louis Vuitton refused to alter the traditional monogram canvas. Then, we had the multicolor, which remained the exception for years. But now there are so many variations both in the men's and women's line. I can't help but think that this path is not the greatest. Just an inner feeling I guess.

Gotcha ok thank you - here's what she did say yesterday before she placed the order. Hoping it's correct!

"Pochette Metis will launch end of February. Will come in black, red, marine/rouge, rose poudre, and cream. Price isn't confirmed yet but I'd expect about $2500"

Same as the infrarouge: about 10% more than the regular PM. You can already see the prices on the UK website.

Totally waiting for this to be in empreinte.

Only in Vernis Amarante and Rose Ballerine for now. Maybe the Empreinte item you saw was Pochette Félicie? It's coming out in Damier Ebene, Epi and Empreinte.

They are listed on pg. 21 of this thread. Reverse mono is M41465 and Infrarouge black & red canvas is M41462. Which one do you like best?
