The placement of the lock is what I find unfortunate: aesthetically unpleasing.

True I do take your point I guess they are trying to be edgy, might not be succeeding but we do like our LV signature locks I suppose.

I really like this bag but the lock is pointless.

The lock is pointless, it's just a design choice. The pocket is small, cannot fit a phone. Maybe if you travel on the rails or metro you could put the card in there. Or if your a power shopper, that credit card could be kept in there ready to whip out, lol

Did you get this bag? I saw it in red and there was a yellow MM. were you able to get the strap on the bag or was it already on? My SA and I could not get the strap undone to attach to the d-ring. I was scared I was going to rip the strap. I do like the bag though. I like the lock detail!

I phoned UK customer service and they had no idea what I was talking about with this bag they thought I wanted the 2007 version! It would seem this bag is not coming to Europe any time soon! It is really strange to me why the different areas have different selections. Similarly the Tournelle PM is only available in UK in red or black.......!

Most of the locks are useless. YSL sac de jour, Birkin or Kelly etc. Basically they are added for decoration. I like this new bag

No I passed on the bag and yes my SA knew how to put the strap on. I didn't mind the asymmetrical zipper, I thought the strap was a tad too thin for the size of the bag. But it is a really nicely made bag.

We knew how to put the strap on but we could not get it unattached to attach to the bag...I didn't get to try it on with the strap..
