OMG you are so sweet, and what a very kind thing to say.
It's just that I got older and am getting up there! 45 is right around the corner, and I guess when I noticed it was harder for me to achieve the same results that I did when I was younger, easier, it made me work harder. Gym for one hour every other day (30 min of cardio till you drop - stair machine, treadmill at an incline, AMT, whatever), planks, serious stretching and upper body weights. You can do all that in an hour or less. And walking 3+ miles 1-2 days a week on the non-gym days, usually a hike with my dogs. I don't freak out about food, just a good rounded diet, and def breakfast. Good sleep, stay spiritual, healthy relationships, and try not to take it all too seriously like I did when I was younger
