Anyone seen these yet IRL? I ordered them from the site today, will see Monday to decide color(s) I want to keep, if any. But was curious if anyone had any initial impressions! I really like them for what I see here, but of course would like to see someone else's mod shots or feedback :) It's the "Double V". Also in red, and avail in US now.Screen Shot 2017-04-14 at 9.33.46 PM.pngScreen Shot 2017-04-14 at 9.33.54 PM.pngScreen Shot 2017-04-14 at 9.34.02 PM.png

I played with it last week. Pretty cool. You can play with the flaps in so so many way to create a variety of looks.

I just grabbed it because it looked new. I'm a guy lol so it's not exactly my style. But I'd get it for my mum. I think it's a chic bag, especially in black.
Haha, sorry for the miss on the gender. Although you know, everything looks good on everyone these days :) I am hoping I do like it, or love it, but not so much that I want all 3 colors. The black looks cool with the cream piping on the sides, but I also really like the cream color as well, a nice summer neutral. The pink you posted looks very....pink. :noworry:

Thank you so much for sharing!

Am I the only one who remembers the Birkin when looking at this? (Maybe I have a vivid imagination)

Yes, it is definitely "inspired" by that

interesting bit of history though. LV actually came out with their steamer luggage in 1901. The flap and closure style was done decades before Hermes designed the Birkin (and who knows if the style was done even before LV).

One could argue that the Hermes Birkin is actually inspired from a LV bag meant for keeping dirty clothes inside of a wardrobe trunk .
