she spent 20 minutes talking about herself, as many do. just get to the bag already!!! (she did a great job though!)
Sorry I know it was long, I'm not great at making my videos short yet. I wanted to explain how I had some past experience with the Empreinte leather and really wanted to share my excitment and story. I also wanted to tell people as many things as I could think of about the bag. I know people had a lot of concern about the Empreinte and some other questions. It honestly felt like I was only talking for 20 mins, which obvisoulsy was not the case. I will get better at it!

IMG_0802.JPG IMG_0803.JPG IMG_0808.JPG IMG_0814.JPG Spring 2017 has become a pricey LV quarter for me. I am waiting for my Noir Empreinte PM to arrive but in the meanwhile I did a dangerous thing and entered the LV boutique. I must not even go past that store anymore! Picked up the beautiful Mahina Girolata but can't decide which color. Black will fit perfectly into my wardrobe but the Galet shows the Mahina much better and is a beautiful color. Help me decide please! (I don't wear much brown or taupe). Mostly jewel tone colors for my tops or dresses.

Galet seems far superior than the black, which looks kind of ugly to me. I would pick the Galet because, as you suggest, it highlights the leather quality.

Both beauties. But you said you are already getting pm in noir. So get galet. It's neutral. Anything you would have worn black with you could wear this.

But it does sound like you prefer black.

Both are beautiful options! But if you are interested in the Noir Empreinte PM than I would say go for the Galet to change it up. The Galet will also go well with your wardrobe and be a great colour choice for spring/summer. You are also right the Galet shows off the Mahina much better. It looks stunning in the Galet and is my favourite pick of the two.

Love galet but black seems better for your wardrobe. Do not like galet with jewel tones personally.

I believe the red, black, and marine have a planned life of 12 months and the pink and cream have a planned life for 6 months but I'm sure that can change depending on popularity.

My SA told me differently. The pink and cream colors are seasonal, but all other colors are permanent. The PM in Emp is a permanent addition to the line up.

Whenever my SA and the store manager talk about an item being part of the permanent line, they always put air quotes around the word! "Permanent" means it's being produced regularly and is not a seasonal or limited item, but they don't guarantee that "permanent" means the bag will be available for a long period of time. So if a bag that is sold as being part of the permanent line isn't a big hit, they could cease production after a year or less!
