Thanks. I'm disappointed. I really wanted this but my everyday bag is a turenne GM and I carry it totally full so the Hyde definitely won't work for me
mmm... I am not sure it will be that structured my friend. I would expect it to be somewhat unstructured in fact, that is to say that the Épi leather will wrinkle in time (which is okay with me but I can already picture the many threads "is this normal?").All my dreams are coming true. I'll amend it to say semi-structured.
I don't mind some slouch over time. But my biggest problem with the Speedy is the lack of a structured base to stop everything from pooling in the middle. I know there are base shapers and bag organisers out there but for me, I'm paying for design (and hopefully at the end of the day, good design). I really dislike having to work around a bag's original design in order to "make it work". My mom uses the base shaper from her Ralph Lauren Blackwatch boston bag in her Speedy (which I've currently commandeered - temporarily, of course). It's a preference thing and I know not everyone will feel the same. A very slouchy Speedy looks good, but it's just not my style.Would someone tell me how to preorder the PM in the empreinte? Do I pay for it before I receive it? If I do not like it can I return? I have never bought an LV, I do not have a store within 6 hours of me so it would be a sight unseen purchase. Thank you.
How lucky that you have seen in person. How was it getting in and out with the longer zippers? Is it microfiber lined?
I second this. One side of the Speedy is perfect but the other was already a tiny bit dented in just from getting to the store. A little push from the inside will fix it though. Although I'm with @OneMoreDay on appreciating a more structured base.
Is pink only available for the compact wallet? or black also will be available?
I have seen in a few posts here that they were also doing a 30 in this bag, but my store only received the 25 in the Denim and the 25 in the Black, and said that LV is only offering the size 25. Any Intel into this? My sister wanted to get the 30, and I told her that I read on here that it was also going to come in a 30. Thanks!
My SA is the best! I only requested the denim but he knows me so well he got the noir too. Both are waiting for me for Friday!
I'm wondering the same thing. I've not heard of the 30 before nor was I able to find a SKU. Can anyone confirmed?

I hate when my speedies slouch, too! I also don't like base shapers or organizers, so what I have found that works like a charm is putting a small book or magazine at the bottom before you pack up your bag. It honestly makes a world of difference and even in my 30 it stops slouch and pooling.
