I really have to start questioning whether these chevron classics are really lambskin. I just got my "so black" chevron jumbo yesterday. While it didn't have any wrinkles or creases the leather looks like calfskin..this may be going back shortly

Wow! I also thought that the lamb chevron didn't look or feel quite the same as my other lamb bags.

It was a huge disappointment opening it last night. I missed out on the original So Black and thought this would be the perfect fix but I'm not excited about it at all. I'm also not a fan of the design on the sides and bottom of the bag...

Omg you're one of the lucky ones to have gotten one without wrinkles and creases. I was wondering if the lambskin on the chevron is the same lambskin on classics because I have gone through one all black chevron m/l, two jumbos, and one mini ALL of which had wrinkles and creases! Very frustrated trying to find a perfect one and makes me wonder how they will hold up over time.

I gues that was my trade off in getting a very dull "lambskin" instead...sigh

Congrats on finding a perfect chevron! I decided on the rect mini over the m/l as well because of the creasing issue - don't have to feel as bad spending a lot of $$ on such a delicate, wrinkle-prone bag and there's less surface for any wrinkling to occur. I recommend stuffing it with extra tissue to help maintain it's smoothness. Enjoy your mini!!
