I cant believe they're living at Spencers parents house. That is like unheard of, owning millions of dollars and then being so broke you have to live at your parents rent-free all in a matter of a few years.. like jeez they're a married couple! Grow up and take responsibility. Get real jobs. And she says if she could go back she wouldnt have got all that plastic surgery yet doesnt regret getting it done.. not sure how that works but she could have given it at least 5 years before she stated she wants to take it back lol.
The sad part is she was such a cute girl before. There was nothing wrong with her face and now she looks scary. The even sadder part is, if they hadn't been so desperate for fame, they still may be famous and actually successful. Instead they thought it was the greatest and brightest idea in the world to make everyone hate them and now look where they are. Gee, who would have thought having the world hate you would end up in pure and utter failure in your career?
Oh well at least Spencer is trying to do something good?
I agree. They were really really stupid with everything. I guess they thought their 15 mins would last much longer. They blew ALL their money on birkins, "crystals", plastic surgery and who knows what else. If they were smart, they could have invested their money, bought a nice house and be able to live comfortably for a while. Oh well, i guess they learned their lesson. Atleast Spencer seems to have dropped the act and is back in college, that's good to hear. I wonder what Heidi's doing. On another note, i'm actually surprised they're still married, never in a million years would i have thought it would have lasted this long. Their marriage lasted longer than their fellow famewhore Kim K, impressive!
For a second it seemed to be 2009 all over again, as once famous famewhores Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt (Speidi, anyone?) pretended to not know they were being photographed as they did something -- in this case, act all lovey dovey while skiing down a mountain -- on Thursday.
In other Speidi news it's being reported that Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt turned down a reality show. What is the world coming to?! Relationship Rehab (VH1's new Celebrity Rehab spinoff) producers recently approached Speidi to work out their issues on the show, and the gruesome twosome flat-out rejected their offer for a simple reason:
They're doing well and weren't willing to pretend otherwise.
We know, it really doesn't compute.
The couple is said to have been initially intrigued by the show, thinking Relationship Rehab was actually about working out together, a la Biggest Loser.
They had no idea it was for couples with real issues, and while they certainly have had some - they're broke now, for one - things are good nowadays.
So they passed, which is great. For them, but mostly for us.
Lovely weather for a sleigh ride together: Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt hit The (snowy) Hills
When it comes to reality stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, there really is no business like snowbusiness.
The Hills couple took to the snowy slopes in Mammoth Lakes, California, on Friday for a spot of festive fun.
Both were decked out in full on snow gear, complete and Father Christmas hats.
They enjoyed a range of winter activities, including a sleigh ride, skiing and driving around on snowmobile.
The couple are currently enjoying a minibreak in the town, located in the heart of California's Eastern Sierra Nevada mountains.
Spencer, 28, is now a studious undergraduate and has enrolled in a political science degree at the University of Southern California after conceding his television career is over.
It might explain why he and his 25-year-old wife have turned down the chance to appear on reality show Relationship Rehab.
According to TMZ, the pair turned down the offer because they are on 'great terms' and don't have any issues to work out.
Also, the money wasn't that great, the website claims.
At least things appear to be going well for Spencer at university, though.
He recently posted a picture of an assignment which was graded A by his tutor.
His tutor had written next to the grade: 'Excellent paper with good observations and consistently clear reasoning,' before adding that the former TV star needed to watch his punctuation.
In an interview with the Daily Beast, Heidi and Spencer admitted their break-up, divorce petition and eventual reconciliation was all staged in a last-ditch effort to hold on to their fame.
'At that point, we were pulling our last cards,' Spencer told the website. 'We felt the hot-air balloon losing its gas. And at that stage, our income would be selling the photo that would go along with the divorce.
Speidi earned thousands at one point for creating staged photoshoots with paparazzi but as interest in them and their bizarre antics dwindled they began to run out of funds fast.
Heidi estimated she spent $2million on her ill-fated pop career.
Spencer claimed that he once bought an expensive truck that he was filmed driving in one episode of The Hills that he never used again.
The couple, who used to dine at the most exclusive Hollywood restaurants and party at the hottest clubs, now spend their days holed up in Santa Barbara watching movies and eating Mexican food.
