she needs to get out of Hollywood and all that night life. It is aging her drastically. She looks twice her age. her new "bolt on cans" and nose do nothing for her. what is wrong with people?

Ladies, if your guy is REALLY not pressuring you to get implants, you wouldn't feel the need to make a point of saying he wasn't pressuring you.
To add: People like THAT should not be allowed into a plastic surgeon's office! It's people like HER that give plastic surgery a bad name.
Plastic surgery can be a wonderful thing and can do wonders for your self confidence, when done for the right reasons. All of Heidi's are wrong, wrong WRONG!

^^ I KNOW! And that's not even wanting to improve yourself a little. That's flat out body dysmorphic disorder.

Cosmetic surgery is no longer a taboo. If it makes one feels better, why not?
We only want what we don't or can't have. Still, her situation is a lot better/healthier than women who are DYING to be thin.
"I'd rather die than..." is very common to say, IMO. Like, I'd rather die than eat that, I'd rather die than wear that, I'd rather die than date him/her, etc...
