Sure, her surgeon probably shouldn't have done it, but I'm sure Heidi was told how things were going to be, but all she could think about was the media's attention, their fame & their bank account.

HollywoodNews.com: Heidi Montag recently shot a ‘Life & Style’ cover in which she showed off her plastic surgery scars and it seems like she doesn’t know how she feels about the result.

Montag reportedly hit up her Twitter to reveal her feelings: “Just saw the new Life&Style cover… I am shocked and horrified,” reports The Huffington Post (via Jezebel). However, she later changed her mind, perhaps because she realized she agreed to the cover.

“Now that I have seen the New Issue of Life&Style myself, I think it is great, very honest and candid. I love you @Life_and_Style Thank you!” Montag switched up.

I have written in here that Dr. Ryan was my doctor too! I had my nose done and some lipo under my chin about 2 weeks before Heidi had her surgery last year in November.

First of all, I looooved Dr. Ryan and miss him so much. He did an amazing job on my nose and I have no columella scarring from the open rhino. That completely faded. I do have very minor scars from some alar base reduction he did on my nostrils, but that was expected and I was told I would. Only I could really see it though and you could never see it with makeup on. It's more in my nostrils on the very bottom, but they certainly have faded dramatically over the past year.

Lastly, I do not have any scarring from the lipo, but I guess everyone heals differently.

Except for the boobs, I think Heidi looks great and I think she should be counting her lucky stars that she got such amazing work done. And yes I do agree with others here that she would NEVER come out with these stories if Frank was still alive. It's so sad really that she would say anything negative when he is not here to defend himself :sad:

*~*Let this be a lesson learned to Life&Style and any other magazine: Do not put either of these loons in the magazine, let alone on the cover. The sooner the press stops paying attention to them, the sooner they'll go away!!*~*

Unfortunately sometimes people make choices without thinking through them- some people suffer consequences for a little while and some people have permanent consequences that they have to live with for the rest of their lives.

Its unfortunate the steps she took regardless of the reason- but she has to live with something that's irreversible.

In my eyes thats punishment enough.
