I bought the Speedy 30 (before speedy B came out) because the SA said it was the classic size. It was too large of a bag for me and I was never able to fill it. About 1.5 years ago I bought the empreinte speedy B in 25 and it’s perfect (but the zippered opening is wider in the empreinte).

Don't know how old you are, I'm a little older than the 20 something year olds that you see on utube videos with the modeling shots, but I think the 30 speedy or 30B looks like luggage. I'm fairly tall, 5'10", and have the speedyB 25 & I think it looks great as an everyday bag especially if you don't want to carry around a heavy bag! I have a friend that carries a lot of stuff to work, but she uses tote bags and if you need to carry enough that you need a larger bag than the 25 then just buy a neverfull or a tote bag!

I think the opening on the 25 is annoying too.

While I'm not as tall as you, I'm a size 16/18 and I like the 30 because it has a bigger opening BUT hate it because everything gets lost. Then I have the 25 and while I like the size, the opening sometimes annoys me. I've been using the 20 alot recently to the point I forced myself NOT to use it anymore this Summer, however it has the perfect opening and perfect amount of storage for me. Hope this helps.

I am only 5'6" but I'm a size 18/20 and I have a 40, so that goes without saying that I recommend the 30. I just feel that someone with your height, I feel it would look so much better for your frame.
