With some exceptions, 30% premium recently, but I have paid up to 45% premium in the past. Also a certain level of pre-pending is required to qualify. Regardless, special orders have been on hold until further notice since last summer.Hi

Do you mean for a special order that is taking a long time? Has it been over a couple of years? Have you asked your SA?if you place an order in a store, and it is taking forever to come and you decide to go with a different item/brand and cancel your order, do you get a refund or store credit?
Oh sorry no and thanks for clarifying - just a deposit on the five guilloche bracelet - but I was given a shorter timeframe than it’s been, though still it’s been under a yearDo you mean for a special order that is taking a long time? Has it been over a couple of years? Have you asked your SA?
In that case, yes, you can request that your deposit is returned for a refund.Oh sorry no and thanks for clarifying - just a deposit on the five guilloche bracelet - but I was given a shorter timeframe than it’s been, though still it’s been under a year

It’s based on lifetime spend and more recently with your SA or home store. But I’ve bought from CA, Vegas and NYC, and NM way back in the day. I think they have looked at my whole history but they are stricter these days. I don’t know if that willDoes the SO prespend work like Hermes where it has to be at a particular store or SA? And does it start over when a new calendar year rolls around?
It is a little more nuanced than just yes or no answers, but I will do my best to answer. For made to order, it is just based on hitting the prepend threshold, it does not have to be at any particular boutique. For special order, the request needs to be placed through your home boutique, so it is extremely helpful if most of your spending comes from that boutique. If you don’t know which store is designated by VCA as your home boutique, your sales associate can look up your profile and let you know. Special orders are approved by Paris based on the client’s profile, not by the sales associate or store director, however, the sales associate will have to take the time to submit the order for you, so having a good relationship is helpful. The spend is lifelong, it does not reset, even when changing boutiques, however, the prespend requirement does go up over the years (not on a certain timeline). Also to note, all made to order and all special order request are currently on hold for the foreseeable future. I would guess they will resume at some time, but no one knows when.Does the SO prespend work like Hermes where it has to be at a particular store or SA? We answered at the same time, but your response was much more succinct! ❤️It’s based on lifetime spend and more recently with your SA or home store. Change when they start allowing SOs again. MTOs used to be anyone as long as they pay the premium but not sure if that will change either.
I think yours is more correct. 🤣We answered at the same time, but your response was much more succinct! ❤️
