@AndreaM99 wear and tear on the corners is bound to happen sooner or later imho. I would keep it as it is a beautiful addition to your beautiful collection  Just wanted to add that the only way a bag would stay pristine is if it sat in a closet.
Did they list it as excellent?
@PrayersandPurses thank you! I am clear about that (wear & tear), but the problem is that the bag supposed to be in excellent condition. I do my job before I make a purchase, trust me :graucho:. Here, I feel deceived.

Ladies & Gents, I need to vent, please bear with me. I am on a roll willa Milla in veau leather, I found one in this gorgeous green :hbeat: color in excellent condition. To my big disappointment the corners are heavily worn and the bag significantly lost its shape. The bag is in very good condition at the best.
This supposed to be my Christmas present, but I am torn what to do. Keep it and ask for partial refund? Try to repair it at LV?
What would you do? I prefer a return. Sounds reasonable to me, even though my heart is torn, of course!
Thank you, my "co-sufferers" of this luxury passion, for listening! :hbeat::flowers:

Where did you buy it? You didn't buy this brand new from LV, did you? Or from a reseller site like Fashionphile, etc? If they didn't disclose the condition properly to you and it bothers you, then I'd return.

I am always late to the game  Since they are already discontinued I purchased it from other retailer. Thank you, I agree!

I don't know if this would help, but while browsing 24s.com this evening, I came across a Milla MM in a lovely green color. If you do decide to return the one you currently have, this could, perhaps, be an alternative choice for you.

Thank you so much! Are they legit sellers? Stating that they are exclusive partner with LV sounds suspicious to me...LV never partnered with anybody.

I understand your hesitation because I was also initially skeptical. I researched the site through the PurseForum before I decided to give them a chance, and I can only speak of my experience. I ordered a burgundy Since 1854 Neverfull MM from them last Christmas. It arrived within 4 business days and was in pristine condition. I have been very happy with my purchase, but perhaps others on the forum can share their thoughts about the site, too.

24S is part of LVMH, so very much legit! If you visit their website, scroll to the bottom to see this information. Checking the FAQ on the site reveals additional information.

Just purchased this LV key pouch and put it on layaway through Fashionphile (again). I tell you, I'm addicted. Will probably get within the month. I love the yellow! I had to have it. They classified it in excellent condition, too.

That's tough. I'd be annoyed buying under the pretense it's in excellent condition. For me, it'd depend on how much I loved the bag and the price and whether I liked the slouch. If I thought it was a bargain and wanted the bag still, I'd condition the corners where there's wear (granted, this wouldn't be without risk, but it's what I'd do). There's not much to be done if a bag's slouching though, so that's worth consideration too.
