Ladies & Gents, I need to vent, please bear with me. I am on a roll willa Milla in veau leather, I found one in this gorgeous green color in excellent condition. To my big disappointment the corners are heavily worn and the bag significantly lost its shape. The bag is in very good condition at the best.
This supposed to be my Christmas present, but I am torn what to do. Keep it and ask for partial refund? Try to repair it at LV?
What would you do? I prefer a return. Sounds reasonable to me, even though my heart is torn, of course!

I made a last minute september purchase... bought this vintage trousse 23 and already got the quote from LV for the replacement zipper and lining... (amazing!) Not gonna lie the inside is a total hot mess and so is the zipper but I cannot be bothered. It still feels like I made an unbelievably good deal.

Hey there, they quoted me 190€, I did it through the LV App so I just had to upload pictures.
Very quick and easy.

I bought this Antigua Cabas MM in bleu a few months ago on eBay to use as a gym bag and wanted a luggage tag to get stamped with the Chicago flag heat stamp on my next trip home. Didn't realize when I ordered a replacement tag that it was going to be so little I'm not sure the flag heat stamp will fit on such a small surface, thankfully I ordered one for my Randonnee GM as well that should be normal size!

I recently got mines from them as well. Technically in mint condition. I remember when this bag first came out, this and the Manhattan, I used to see all the women that I aspire to carry it, but the price point at the time! So happy to finally have it again and use it as my daily driver work bag. Congratulations on acquiring this classic beauty and dressing her up! Enjoy her for many more years to come.

Gorgeous!!! I am now envious of both you and SSM . I also have been eyeing this bag forever it seems but am trying hard to stay on ban island (for real this time ). I love 24S. Their carrier to the US (DHL) is very fast as well, usually within 5 days for me. Congrats and enjoy .

Oh yes, 24S is so efficient in shipping , feels like they are faster than LV online. I love the bag so far, last week I went to Tiffany’s using that bag, all the staffs there complimented about the Alma BB
