I work closest with 2 great SAs at 2 boutiques. But SA#1 is so strict she couldn't/wouldn't even order a small luggage tag as "replacement" for my Keepall (said it had to be the large tag). Meanwhile, SA#2 just went in the back, came out with a small luggage tag and rang up my purchase. Needless to say, I went to SA#2 to order this item and I was accommodated.

Yes, I've bought two (epi and mono).

Price varies; the epi one was $140 without a strap. The mono one was more, and the mono vachetta strap was over $100 on its own.

The Epi one was only around $100?!?!?!? That's less than a Cles!

You are right. Repair item sales are up to the SA. I've never had a problem
There's always a long wait as they have to be ordered from California or France. 6 weeks is normal.

I think I and others have answered multiple times that you can buy any pouch if the SA will order it for you. I recently purchased a piment/mono on for my mom and don't own a corresponding bag, so that would be the third one I've purchased.

Yes. I ordered a black strap for a an Epi Brea, even though my Brea is red (going to use it with my Alma which is noir). I told the SA the truth. She was really nice. No problem.
