Hi ladies & gents

I seen that if you own the old version of the neverfull without the pouch you can buy a spare parts pouch. Have any of you done that ? If so do I have to do that in store or can I do it over the phone? Also in US dollars do you know how much they cost?

Would love to get one for my neverfull.

Yes, I've bought two (epi and mono).

Price varies; the epi one was $140 without a strap. The mono one was more, and the mono vachetta strap was over $100 on its own.

Wow, I didn't know you could do that. Can you pick any color? I'm surprised the mono one was more than epi leather :shocked: I sold my NF years ago, but I wouldn't mind having a fuschia pouch...Isn't the strap just a pochette NM strap?

Not sure, I've never had a pochette.

I bought the chain for the epi one, it comes in gold or silver. Another TPF member tried to buy one and her store refused, so YMMV.

Ooh, nice!! I wonder if the other person had a NF MM in their purchase history? Because I do. I wouldn't even try if I didn't because they act so :cray: about spare parts. I just looked on ebay and the mono one does appear to have the pochette NM strap, so lucky me I wouldn't need to buy one.

Do you think the mono was like $100 more than epi? I'll try calling 866, but they never really know anything about spare parts...

I want to say the mono was around $180 and the strap was like $170? The chain is only like $30 but the chain is part of a wallet, I think. I didn't have any of the new Neverfulls in my purchase history and it was fine.

Last year when I was shopping for a clutch, one of the store managers actually offered it up as an option, so it wasn't a big issue in my store. Be warned though, they took almost 2 months to come in!

Thanks! $180 is awesome so I'm sure that's why they want to keep people from buying it, it's cheaper and bigger than a mini pochtte. I have the old NF MM in my purchase history so that might cause an issue. Thanks for the heads up on the wait time.

I know - the store staff were joking about what a hit they would be if sold on their own. The mono one is most expensive, even more than DE or DA, so it's not a canvas thing.

Wow, that makes no sense! I guess you pay for popularity. I'm going to try to get my hands on a mono one. I wish I could get several because they would make great gifts.
