Not a QB from what I was told. Otherwise my wife would kill me if I took one of her QB allocation. 🤣🤣🤣

I generally use my Victoria as my work bag. Occasionally B40. But I think I will give the maxi Kelly a try even though I bought it for overnight/short trips.

I use a Victoria 43 for work too. It's very understated and holds my MBP 16" and gym gear.

However, I am unsure if the size 30 is a bit too small on my frame, but I have a feeling that the 35 would be a bit too big for every day use!!

Oh, and I also saw the Maxi Kelly in the boutique and tried it on. Was actually almost buying this before the SA said that there is a Birkin! It looks OK on my frame, but it is so heavy and a bit too big in real life in my opinion.

Honestly, in my opinion, the Birkin 30 and the 35 are not that big of a difference unless you have them side by side. I think the 30 cm fits your frame just as nicely as a 35 cm what. The difference in size is probably going to be negligible...

I got my B40s about 10 years ago. But I also see it available for SO so I'm sure they make them but given the popularity of smaller bags, I'm sure the production is tilted against the B40 in favor of the B25 and Mini Kelly.

Agreed… so we are holding out for an SO. My choice is a dark blue (Bleu Nui) with a light blue interior… his choice is a dark brown (Ebene) with a light tan (Trench) interior.

This is certainly true in Asia. Prior to my B40 SO in 2024, I'd last managed to purchase a B40 from the store in 2021, which according to the SA at the time, was the first they'd received in several years. A pity for those of us who prefer the larger models!

Funny story: I was casually wearing my Evelyne out and about recently (in a very conspicuous place where most folks are not strangers to premier designers), and this random couple passes by...the wife/gf pointed & excitedly says "look honey, he has that 'H bag'". The husband/bf turned around and was looking for a shopping bag as I saw his eyes go downward. I tried to act as if I didn't see/hear any of it, but DH and I had a quick chuckle.

The man had no clue what Hermes was, and the lady didn't know the name 'Hermes' or 'Evelyne', aside from "H bag".:giggle: I thought it was cute and innocent; and goes to show that H is both understated and recognizable.

Hey guys,

I am on the fence between maybe a Mini Lindy and a Constance as my next bag.
Quick question: how common is it for a man to carry a Constance? What size would "fit" better? For reference, I am >6ft tall & fit/avg build.
If any of you fellas has any real-life/first hand experience, or any mod shots, that would be greatly appreciated!
