Why not just get a le pliage or a canvas/nylon tote that you can fold up and keep in the bag at all times? It can even double as shoulder carry option if you need to go hands free. :)

I don’t have an H bag but I do always have a foldable shopper with me and I can put my bag in one when travelling and have to put it under the seat.

(For my BV large cabat my bf made me a sleeve in rainproof, ultralight material that I always have in the bag and I can just slip it on before putting it in the overhead bin or if I need to put the bag on the floor somewhere.)

Thank you! here are the dimensions of the Longchamp LePliage: 17.7 in (L) x 13.8 in (H) x 9.1 in (W) with the H might be too short for the HAC 40 with dimensions 15.8 x 15.74 x 9.1 in., or is it expandable to fit a 40?

I would just pop by a retailer and have a look and try what works. Or just browse Amazon or Etsy for an oversized foldable tote, you can probably find someone and get one made to fit your needs. Happy hunting :)

I love it! My B35 is Gris Meyer and it’s such a great color. I’m on the lookout for the larger Evelyn’s in a deep blue.

OMG!! This gave me so much anxiety.:P
As clumsy as I am in the water--it'd be my luck a wave comes over me, or some careless parent is letting their child splash all over me. :nuts:

Ok I won’t lie, I had a teeny tiny amount of anxiety doing this but I went for it anyway 😬. It was a beach in Fort Myers, so no danger of rogue waves or children, at least that not day, but yeah if I’d have fallen in the water or something I might have had a heart attack

I saw it in Paris...think of it more like an oversized LV Pocket Organizer, where it doesn't have the top-load slot that you would normally put your bills in.

For the price, not worth it to me, IMO.
