Hey @travelguy2500, sorry the GM didn't work for you. Just curious, how close was your laptop to fitting? I have a 14" laptop and had been considering this bag, so wondering if my smaller sized laptop would fit.Thanks for all the feedback. I took the bag outside to see it in natural light and, ultimately, the veining was just too pronounced to my liking - especially in the BF leather. I already called customer service, got a return label and dropped it off at the fedex office (next door to my office). Agree these bags are very expensive $11K+ for the GM in BF and it had to be completely to my liking so i didn't have any regrets. The customer service agent couldn't have been more helpful and processed the return with no hassle. Open to any suggestions on a luxury bag that could comfortably hold my 16.5 inch laptop and serve as my daily work bag - has to be a backpack or messenger - something i don't have to hand carry since i travel a lot and carrying a bag can be tiresome. My daily driver has been an LV Michael backpack that's served me incredibly well for years - looking for a change. Would love an HMS bag. I have a Kelly 40 but I usually don't travel with it. I carry alot in my bag and I worry the strap connectors won't stand up to heavy use with a heavy bag. Day to day back & forth to the office, theK40 Lakis is gr8
As for other ideas, I have the LV Saumur Tote that I love and fits a lot. I also love my Dior Explorer Backpack with the flap. They don't seem to carry this particular version anymore, but you can find it from resellers. Good luck with your search, let us know what you end up with!
I have a Samsung Galaxy book pro 360 16’ dimensionsProduct Dimensions (L x W x H, inches) are 13.99” x 9.93” x 0.50”. It just fit into the GM but the top flap would not close enough to cover the hardware and connect the sangles. The same laptop just fits in my K40 and allows me to fully close the top. Thanks for the bag suggestions - I will check both of them out. I have a dior maxi saddle backpack and my laptop also just fits in but I can close the cover and I use that backpack from time to time when I don’t have a lot of other stuff to carry.
Have you considered the Cityback? Looks SO SEXY to me. Not cheap so I didn't pull the trigger for myself, but have been pining for one ever since
It will arrive back at Hermes warehouse on Tuesday - I expect after a few days review it will be back on the website. I never even wore it or used it. Decided immediately it was too small for my laptop spand I preferred less veining and initiated the return. If you get it, it will be good to know it will have a good go,e LOLLet me know when you return it so I can snatch it

Have you ever experienced that Hermes makes 2 basically identical Shirts both in wool and cotton?
I just had a very embarrassing missunderstanding based on the fact that I showed the SA a shirt from the website and at the cashier we learned that it was not exactly the same product that he gave me, although it looks exactly like it. There is just a different fabric

Could it just be a mislabelling on the website. Might be misunderstanding between the product team and copywriter? Did you check it the product code aligns?
Product code is indeed different as well as the price. This lead me to believe they charged me a different product. When the SM came, she checked the fabric from the shirt in store and on the website and indeed saw it’s. Different fabric. Really strange to be honest.

This is the shirt in question btw. Love the collar and the color and I think it’s nice for layering in winter.
Now that I am looking at the picture again I might need to ask for the sleeves to be a bit shorter. But overall love the comfy style.
Edit: Just realized that this is my first peace, that was part of a runway show!
