Sonic jewelry cleaners?

Well to be honest, there are still some black bits stuck inside the setting where the main diamon sits, underneith the basket. Its a setting Ive had for over 16 years, and I dont care about that so much!!!! As long as I didnt destroy my main diamond, Im cool!:wlae:
 
i have read more than one place that a drastic temperature change can crack a diamond. for those of you who are using the boiling water method i would make sure to warm them up some with warm tap water before the hot plunge and i would not use cold water to rinse. i never use this method for cleaning my own but thought i would mention this for those who do. better to be safe than sorry. hth.
 
I bought a Branson 200 Ultrasonic jewelry cleaner & it's excellent!! It cleans in places where other methods cannot reach & clean. (Such as with an abrasive toothbrush) I see dirt just flows off the diamond & my jewleries. I use it to clean my glasses too. Honestly, if I spend so much money on diamond, I won't take any risks.

Hahahaha!! I used to love watching crud flowing out of peoples things when I had access to proffesional sonic cleaners,I found it mesmerising in a sick kind of way!!! And of course the delight on the customers face when I gave it back all finished and sparkling away!!!!
