Hiya!

I can't believe I JUST found this thread! I am quite obviously from the UK. I live in London, just off Sloane sq, where it meets Kings Road.

Now, what my fave bag I own? Goodness, at the moment I guess I use my MJ Stam alot. I havent bought anything new in 2 months (feels like bloody eternity!)- other than a Pucci beach bag to take with me on holiday. I found I used my LV Trapeze GM when it was sunny quite a bit and I use my J.Choo Ramona for work.

Ive been dying for a Silver Spy, but theyre sold out at Fendi and I guess it's an excuse for me not to spend all that money really!

If theres a meet up- count me in! Ide love to put some faces to those names!

Hey Chicky & Chloe!:D:flowers:

its ok, I suppose you just take it all for granted when you have it all the time though. & queuing through 40 mins of traffic every night in the summer to get to your front door is not fun. neither is having people take pics of your house/gates/dog cos they think its some chavvy-arsed footballers house.

I used to live in the New forest & love that much more!

Heehee, LondonBrat we should definitely get together sometime cos I live near Sloane Square as well - at least I take the Tube from Sloane Square station anyway. Can I ask on which street do you live (may be I can come and stalk, LOL)? I live on Eaton Mews North so you know where I am, LOL!

May be we can meet each other (when I get back) at Oriels for breakfast before you go to work and I'll definitely know who you are if you wear your Choo Ramona!

Bee, I live right on the top of Sloane Avenue, where it meets Elystan Place, right behind Peter Jones. Possibly one of te best places to live if you have a shopping addiciton like me!

We should def meet up! But if you are adamant on stalking me then mine is the apartment that has a closet that looks like a shrine to Mr.Vuitton, an untouched gym membershp and a man whose more addicted to IWC and Panerai watches than I am to bags! So, there ya go! PM me when your in town and i'll bring along Ramona!

ooh! i live in london too, not as much now as usual because i'm in copenhagen about 2/3 of the time but my flat is in london. not very near anywhere else though, more like belsize park!

Hey, LondonBrat! Nice to her from other fellow UK'ers!
Where you live sounds amazing lol, definitly the perfect place for an addicted shopaholic lol!
Sounds like you have a FABULOUS collection of bags!

Oooh! Very near the Lulu Guiness shop in Ellis Place then - I LOVE her collectable bags. I would be in there every day drooling over them if I lived where you did! Not far from Harvey Nicks or harrods either - your credit cards must be seriously working overtime!

Is your place near that one-way Anderson Street? It’s way more fun to live near Kings Road and more importantly you are nearer to Blahnik (at least I’m not too cut-out from the world with Louboutin on Motcomb, LOL) and more importantly Waitrose/Starbucks on Kings Road – I have to do some serious walking to Motcomb Street for them as well. You also get nice restaurants on your doorstep like Tom Aikens on Elystan as well!

Actually living in Belgravia side of Sloane Square sort of sucks because it’s just mazy rows of houses all identical and to get to Chloé (or Lulu Guiness and French Sole on Ellis for that matter) I have to walk almost a full circle to get to a place 100 metres from my house!

Heehee, I think I can get along pretty well with your bf - in an innocent way of course, LOL - because I’m starting to look into Panerai as well. My Luminor Marina 40mm Contemporary version that I’m looking to unload and get the Historic version (pic from Panerai thread I started sometime ago)– I wear it for fun including to Waitrose, LOL:

Actually I’m not sure why men are mad about Panerai watches. OK, I love them because they look like some £4.99 cheapo you get from Tesco so nobody will mug you but having ten of them is ridiculous. May be I’m blind but they all look the same so I mean why don't men just get the best one like PAM 217 with 47mm case that I probably can't wear anyway!

rainbow_rose- This is the thread with my goodies http://forum.purseblog.com/your-bag-showcase/londonbrats-much-reduced-collection-25832.html (not including the now Pucci beach bag- just idn't have time to add it!)

katy 1368- Yes I am close to Lulu Guiness! And Chloe AND Chanel And H.Nicks and....argh don't get me started! Its ba for me! BAD! :p

Bee..Bee- Thats exactly where I live! Nice one!

Panerai watches are classy. They are for people who know about watches and want hand made pieces of art. It isn't jewelery like a chanel or a bvglari watch. Those are jewelry. Panerai (as IWC watches are all hand made with various complications all based or the original watches. They look clean and simple. I luuurve them!

Darn, where was this thread last year? I was living in London through July, moved back to NYC, but I am back several times a year for work, friends and fun. I miss London!

Fave bag at the moment -- a tie between new python Roxanne and old LV Damier Alma.

ooohhh.... meeting up would be fun! i live in london too, near the City financial area... all thanks to the bf who wants to walk to work! anyway, count me in if there is a gathering! I really ought to spend less time on this forum... term starts on monday for me! sob sob! back to the books...

I'm in the Uk too! My favourite bag has to be the chanel luxe bowler at the moment, (getting on v soon!). I love many designers such as chloe, chanel, marc jacobs, mcqueen, louis vuitton, balgenciaga - STUFF IT! ALL OF THEM on the PF. The best place to shop near me would have to be the selfridges in Birmingham or the Harvey Nichols, i prefer selfridges. So good to see fellow UK'ers :)
