My SA said that Coach was letting the 100/300 be applied to 298 bags. That is how I got mine.

Way too much. Have 4 Preston's coming: a 10" in seamist, a 10" edge paint in black/white, a 14" in black/gray colorblock and the toaster satchel in black. Since I haven't seen any in person I'm sure something will be going back but I have a good variety coming.

Does anyone know (before I call) if you can pay via PayPal over the phone? I want to order the colorblock Preston with my PCE today but I use PP for the stuff my husband pays for since he's overseas and puts money in the account.

Wow. Coach is officially on my **** list.

I called to order the Preston using a credit card since the PP was way too much for them to handle. I gave them the style number and my PCE code.

She told me I couldn't use it for my order because the PCE was technically registered to my husband. He bought me a purse last year as a surprise so it went under his name and for someone reason after one purchase he gets every PCE now and I don't.

Anyway they won't let me use it, despite having the same address, billing address, and credit card. She told me he has to personally call and when I told her he was in the middle of nowhere in Peru until April she told me oh that's unfortunate guess you'll have to wait for it to show up in the stores.

Am I out of my mind to think this is completely ridiculous? I have bought 6 FP purses since January of this year alone.

Did you call a store or customer service?? That's crazy bc it is actually your pce! I would call back and ask for a manager or call a different store to place the order. I just called the bleecker st store in ny to use the 100 off 300 and at first she said I couldn't use it bc the bag was 298 and then she asked for the barcode of the pce and I said I got it from someone else and didnt have that info and she said that was fine and when she entered it it worked, so I would try again. I know they are cracking down on allowing people to use pces that aren't theirs, but in this case it's yours! That store specifically told me they could preorder a Preston for me (a few weeks ago I was thinking I wanted to order one but decided I want to see them in person).

Hi, apparently it was on the website a few days ago, but now it's been taken down; when I tried to order it in the store yesterday, the SA said it's not available at JAX, or at any of the stores. What a bummer! But in any case, yes the planner zips up, and the style number is 61950. Currently all the other colors (Carnelian-kind of a darker orange?, and cobalt) are sold out as well, except the black.

I called back and spoke to someone else and he was super helpful! He basically merged our accounts so it's not an issue. He said my account is also eligible for PCE so it's weird I haven't been getting them but it's all been resolved. He did ask if my husband was there to verbally ok it and when I told him no he said meh, you're married, you're basically the same person now, what's the code? It was funny.

I'm so happy that it worked out for you! Sometimes you just got to try multiple times-I've tried some of their representatives, and some are awesome, and others are just plain useless. At least none of them I came across were downright rude-let's keep fingers crossed that it'll continue that way for me. The service you got before was unacceptable!

I finally called in an order!! LOL :D

I bought the Toaster bag with the white edge paint--Style 30447. It's suppose to be 13" x 8" x 5", but it looks smaller in the picture. So it might be 10" x 6.25" x 4.5". Either way I think it will be fine...I have a YSL Easy in the smaller size that I love so I am crossing my fingers!

So glad everything worked out!! Seriously I wonder what some of the SAs are thinking... I know they might be under some directive to not allow pces not in someone's name, but clearly this was your (by marriage!) pce ! And it's disturbing how they spoke to you! Which colorblock Preston did you get? The white/vachetta/maroon? Or are there other color combos?
