I think you made the right decision. The agendas are awesome. I got that exact same one a couple months ago at San Marcos and love it, especially the price I paid. When I was in a regular Coach boutique for the PCE, I had my agenda out and the woman behind me in line asked if I got it in the store because she loved it and didn't like the plain ones they normally carry.
As for the Ali. Yes it looks great now, but you definitely did the right thing returning it. I used to work for the outlet in Carlsbad, CA and we had one of those in that color combo. The metallic leather scratches SO easily it's insane. The bag looked awful. We had it marked down in clearance as a final sale because it was so bad. So I personally wouldn't feel comfortable carrying one. The scratches were completely obvious too, they were bright silver streaks and it was so sad. So feel good about returning it, you would die if it happened to you!

Okay, I will try to answer all of the questions since last night - I got off the computer early (don't want DH to think I am OBSESSED...most every time he sees me I am checking something on the computer! LOL!)
I found all of these outlet buys at the San Marcos Outlet. The times that I have been, including yesterday, I stay for about an hour - checking and re-checking, hunting around. I have NEVER found the great things before like I found yesterday though!! The Agenda was in the BACK of the agendas they had...the ONLY sig stripe one. The rest were solid colors. They also had a regular brown small sig one, but it didn't 'jump out at me'. I was in complete SHOCK to find the Whiskey Wristlet. I think I did a double-take! It was in one of those table 'bins', behind a bunch of sig mini skinnies, etc... They had a BUNCH of the suede Alis - I guess for the reasons Stophle listed. Too bad...it is GORGEOUS! Is that the reason none of the charcoal color have sold on Ebay? I noticed that only the plum colors have sold?!?! It's BEAUTIFUL...why is no one interested? Hmmm!??
As for the Denim Carly...she is still on my mind! I have not taken her back out to look at her since the day I got her. I am afraid I won't be able to part with her if I see her again.
Although, I have to stick with my decision...I will ONLY keep her IF I can get her on sale at the F&F sale next week, but my Macy's doesn't have the new line in yet. PLEASE, oh, PLEEEASE get them in by Wednesday!!!!!!! I guess I could go to Dillards and check out that Handbag Exchange thing?!?! Maybe I SHOULD entertain the idea of getting the MEDIUM size instead?!?! How much less $$ is it? Is it WORTH the extra $$ to keep the LARGE? She IS gorgeous...and FITS ME!
On the White Ali - that's the one I should get, right...not a Black one? I will definitely be hunting on Ebay for that one...gotta get a DEAL, you know
OR....I could keep the Carly (if I get a deal) and wait on the Ali to see if they come out with any new Legacy Ali styles this year (like POND!!!!!!

Thank you everyone. Bethann, Greenpixie & Dewey...I think that is exactly what I will do...keep the agenda and take EVERYTHING ELSE back. I think I would be SOOOOO MUCH HAPPIER with the White Ali - it is timeless and won't go out of style. I do LOVE the Denim Carly! The only reason I am not super thrilled about it is the price. IF I can get it at the F&F Sale next week (which I am doubting since they don't carry the line...yet?!) then I'll keep it. If not, I'll be okay without it
Thanks so much for all of your helpful advice!! I think I will very happy with this decision. I just feel a little bad taking all of this stuff back, but oh well...someone else will be HAPPY I DID!

Okay... let me just that your outlet is alot better then ours!! 
Also, I agree with taking back the legacy wristlet... I have one in Pond & I've never used it!! It's been like 2 months since I purchased it, and I don't really know what to do with it. I hate to sell it (I've had it too long to return), since its Legacy & all... but I dunno.
The agenda is gorgeous, if you don't already have a Coach agenda - keep it, unless you aren't going to use it. If you already have a Coach agenda, then take it back as well...
The suede Ali or straw tote - that's tough, because they are both gorgeous!! I love that straw tote and I 100% would be keeping that... the suede Ali , eh.. so so, I probably wouldn't get much use out of it, and I hate trying to keep suede looking good - so I probably would vote that one off the island as well.... Good luck!!
