Okay...I'm sad all over again.....this was like 3-4 months ago I parted with several items from my beloved collection...and I was a little annoyed that I only got feedback on like 5 of the 12 things I sold on ebay....but I'm not the kind of person that doesn't leave feedback for the buyer until they leave me feedback. So today...I'm in ebay after all this time passes...and see someone just last week left me negative feedback saying I didn't send a dustbag like I said I would. Now first of all...i KNOW that I did send the dustbag...because I had all my items sitting in their dustbags downstairs while they waited for new owners....but even if I didn't.....the buyer never contacted me about a problem and then just leaves neutral feedback months later. Like it wasn't bad enough I had to part with some of my prized coach collection...but to see someone leave feedback like that makes me sad all over again!!!! Especially when someone got something for about 10% of what I paid for it since I started the bids so low!!!!!!!!!!

 Wow... that sucks... That is the one thing I hate about selling things, is that if it doesn't go for very much, you always kind of have a question about whether or not it was the right time, etc....

Also, there are some transactions that were less then pleasant on my end as a seller and I didn't leave neutral FB trying to be nice, but I always have this worry that I will forget about whatever happened, then that buyer will end up giving me crappy FB a long time afterwards, for whatever reason... :hysteric:

Ah, the ups and downs of eBay....

Sorry you parted with some of your collection and there were negative things on top of that... but just look at it as an opportunity to add some new things to your collection. I believe in eBay karma....

Gorgous collection!

LUCKY the closest coach place for me is an HOUR!

cept for TJMaxx.

which is okay.

BOO at downsizing YAY to new pursies.

that green signature purse in your collection is perfect i want it!

Oh shelbell, it's okay. :smile1: Some buyers are just really snooty and you just have to move on and be strong! I just had to deal with a really bad seller who couldn't even speak English! She was terrible!!

I'm sorry that happened to you. I also believe that what comes around goes around. That's a bit ridiculous to give negative feedback just for a dustbag. I mean, gee, use a pillow case or call coach to see about getting a replacement but why harm someone's rating over it? I don't get some people. I think you have the opportunity to respond don't you? I don't always write someone off because of one negative. I look into reasons behind it. I hope this works out for you.

I agree with everyone who says downsizing is making room! I recently shared a few bags (they went to good homes where I know they will be loved.) I prefer to think of it as "rightsizing" my collection. I have to admit there was a little toug at my heartstrings yesterday to see someone carrying "my" bag....but truthfully it was a bag I never used and I am making room for an ergo hobo that I'd like to get a little later.

It will be OK Shelbell!

Ebay and Feedback that's a Thread of another kind! Selling Coach on ebay isn't easy! People should have the wherewithall to contact and deal with each other just as they would in a store. If something isn't right in most instances it's honest and overlooked, but everything can be worked out. Seller wants a decent price, but the buyer wants a GREAT deal. It's hard not to take it personally. Can you FOLLOW UP on that NEUTRAL Feedback?

You are correct! Rightsizing it is. And it feels so much better! But when you create a "vacuum" something always comes in to fill that space . . . .

Yeah...I did put a follow up on the feedback that I wasn't ever notified of a problem or given a chance to fix. I just know that when I see any feedback that isn't all positive I don't buy from that person....so if I was a buyer and saw that feedback...even with the follow up .... I may not bid.

Anyway....just annoying!!!!! I'm mad that one of my precious items went to a person like that!!!!
