Looks like Simon Cowell’s pregnant paramour has a talent for sex scandals: She left her high school after getting it on with a married teacher, the Daily News has learned.

Lauren Silverman was just 16 when she engaged in a red-hot affair with a well-liked English teacher at the exclusive Miami Country Day School, former classmates told The News.

“They were having a two-month sexual affair,” a former classmate said. “Everybody in the upper school knew what was going on. It was a huge deal, especially for a little private school.”

Silverman’s secret dalliance with handsome Steve Lewis, who was also the junior varsity football coach, was said to have included after-hours trysts in his classroom.

“I heard it happened a few times in his classroom after tutoring sessions,” the former classmate said.

The illicit romance in the mid-1990s blew up after Silverman’s mom found out and reported it to the headmaster.

Lewis, then 26, was booted from the school — and the hard-partying Silverman left not long after, the classmate said.

Students were especially bummed over the loss of Lewis — who was described by one former student as a “cool, young guy who everybody liked.”

Lauren Silverman was known as a pretty and popular teen who ran with the cool, fast crowd.

That lust for older men has gotten Lauren Silverman in trouble again some 20 years later — only this time, it’s far more public. The curvy 36-year-old is married to real estate mogul Andrew Silverman but has been having an affair with their long-time friend, “X Factor” creator Cowell. Andrew Silverman filed for divorce on July 15 after finding out that the 53-year-old TV talent judge had knocked up his gorgeous wife.

Simon Cowell is reported to be giving his pregnant lover Lauren Silverman a $10 million home in Beverly Hills.
The generous music mogul will gift Lauren one of his mansions in order for the 36-year-old socialite to bring up their child in Los Angeles.

Lauren is currently based in The Hamptons, near New York where she lives with her husband Andrew and their seven-year-old son Adam.

According to a report in the Daily Mirror, the home is situated on the exclusive Trousdale estate in Beverly Hills and 'will be given to Lauren' after her divorce.

The newspaper suggests that it is understood that Simon will live in another property nearby and see the child 'when he can.'

'Simon has amassed a lot of houses with his fortune and will want to provide for his child,' a US property source told the newspaper.

'But he seems to give away a house every time he splits from a girlfriend, so he is getting through them more quickly than he thought.

'He has instructed his advisers to let Lauren have the house, which means she can be nearby but crucially not too close so he can get on with his work and usual lifestyle.'

It is thought Lauren will live at the property with her mother Carole Saland and her baby.
With neighbours including Ringo Starr and Elton John, Lauren will apparently enjoy a 7,265 square-foot home complete with swimming pool and four bedrooms.

'Simon has lots of housing in Beverly Hills all close to each other and now lots of it contain his exes,' a source said.

EXCLUSIVE: It's OVER! Simon Cowell's pregnant lover agrees divorce deal with husband - now will pop mogul put a ring on it?

Simon Cowell's pregnant lover Lauren Silverman has today agreed a divorce settlement with her estranged husband - leaving her free to start a future with the X Factor millionaire, MailOnline can reveal.
The New York socialite, 36, who is believed to be 10 weeks pregnant with Cowell's baby, has already told friends that she is so in love with the music mogul, 53, that she wants to marry him.

Property millionaire Andrew Silverman filed for divorce last month, shortly after discovering his wife was pregnant by the man he once considered a close friend. He even cited Cowell - whose fortune is estimated at $368million - as a 'co-respondent' in the court papers for adultery.
The deal was agreed in Manhattan today just hours ago and both parties are said to be in New York - however there were not together to sign the deal.

However, after a series of phone conversations and one top secret meeting with Cowell, Andrew, 37, has agreed a settlement with his estranged wife - which includes a custody arrangement for their seven-year-old son Adam.
Today a source confirmed: 'Lauren and Andrew are happy they've reached an agreement, neither of them wanted to drag this out and Simon wanted this done as quickly and peacefully as possible.

'Everyone just wants to move on. Most importantly, Lauren and Andrew will share custody over their son Adam, who continues to be their first priority.'
Although there are believed to be NO plans for Cowell and Lauren to marry, they are a couple and Cowell has pledged to look after Lauren and his baby.
The source added: 'Lauren and Simon are together and this means they can properly be a couple now, they can do whatever they want. No-one wanted this hanging over them - and Andrew wants to get his life back. Lauren is all Simon's now.'

It is believed that Lauren has won a share of the pre-nup, valued at $3-$4million she signed before her 2003 wedding to Andrew.

The New York Post reported that Lauren waited until her 10th wedding anniversary to break the news of her affair with Cowell to her husband so the terms of her pre-nup would kick in.
And a source agreed, saying that that Lauren tried to 'max out her return by stringing things along past the 10 year mark to increase what she would be eligible to receive.

As MailOnline revealed, Cowell is now close to finalising a deal to rent Lauren a luxury $20,000-a-month apartment in Manhattan - and is also expected to give her residence of one of his palatial Los Angeles properties, most likely his $15million home in Beverly Hills' exclusive Trousdale Estate.
This likely means that Andrew will keep the luxury condo he has shared with Lauren, at a building aptly named the Savoy, since 2000.
The condo was actually bought by Andrew’s father, Allen, for $1,213,500 in 1999 and remains in his name. The property, will, of course, now be worth considerably more.
Lauren, a striking brunette, is not expected to move to Los Angeles full time - despite the fact that Cowell's U.S work is based there - as part of a custody agreement over her son.

Meanwhile, X Factor star Cowell is this week on-board the $73million Slipstream yacht in the South of France with former girlfriend Sinitta alongside Syco executive Kelly Bergantz, a long-term friend, her husband Ben Belldegrun and her sister Jamie Bergantz.

According to friends, he wanted to give the Silvermans space to work out their divorce.
However, he had been in constant contact with both Lauren and Andrew and it was reported that Cowell and Andrew secretly met with each other reportedly at the Francis S Gabreski airport in Westhampton Beach, New York, where they allegedly spent three hours clearing the air between them.
The summit took place nearly two weeks ago and is supposedly the first time the men had come face-to-face since the news emerged that Simon was the father of Andrew's estranged wife's love-child last month.

Cowell reportedly flew in from Las Vegas - where One Direction were performing - to the small airport which is close to the $4million summer rental home the estranged Silvermans had been sharing in the Hamptons.

Cowell's most recent relationship was with fellow X Factor USA judge Carmen Electra, with whom he was seen on several dates in 2012.

But while Cowell has spoken in recent months about his desire to settle down, he then called relationships 'boring' in an interview last month.
He said: 'When no matter how big your house is, you are going to end up on the same sofa, in the same bed or in the same room as a person. It's a boring routine.
