Has anyone seen or heard about fake Balenciaga; I found a beautiful balenciaga in a thrift shop, and the owner claims that it is a real one, but I'm suspicious because she also had some fake LV and Marc Jacobs. Please let me know

I bought it from a Sigrid Olsen store in Toronto - and it's really beautiful leather. (It kinda looks cheap and ugly in the picture - maybe it's the brown colour - hehe, i'm not sure - but it looks very nice in real life) I first spotted it for my mom - who bought in a colour called Stone - which is somewhere between cream, beige and gray. It was the last one and she got it 50% off. I then coveted it so bad I got the SA to find one for me out west and now own one in black. It's a very functional everyday bag (has three very large compartments) and you can stuff a lot of things in it!

The best place to post your question is probably in the Balenciaga forum, but I will tell you there is a such thing as fake Balenciaga. In fact, I've seen quite a few fakes on eBay. If the person is selling fake LV and MJ, I would assume the Balenciaga is fake too. I would personally stay away from this seller.
