2nd outing of the poudre flats. They have become quite comfortable at the toebox after wearing them at home with thick socks for 30-90 minutes for three straight days. With the thick socks on, I just went about my day at home. I also kept wriggling my toes up and down as I was glued to Netflix

Just received these in the post yesterday! Bargain of the century (especially when buying from Australia), size 37 black and poudre leather caged flats from The Real Real at USD$375 less 20% in their sale (AUD$426 plus shipping) And the best part, is that they're in great condition other than wear ro the soles, and already broken in! They are actually comfortable right out of the bag.
Anyone who has had to break in these flats will appreciate how awesome that is.
I have the same style in poudre/poudre leather which I bought new and even after two weeks of wearing them around the house with socks and spraying the *&%$! out of them with leather stretcher/softener, they're still heel destroyers.
I am probably a little over excited by this, but it's such a relief to know that it IS possible to break them in eventually.
I was also happy and surprised that I didn't get hit with any tax when they arrived in Australia. Woohoo!
