Heavenly! Great purchase indeed!! Very inspiring... (starts looking up TripAdvisor)

It's very much a home from home, we've been coming here many years, there's something to be said for knowing the set up you can relax immediately :coolio: ................and I just love waking up to that view, seeing the sun rise and hearing the sound of the ocean

I usually bring my Lily but I couldn't be fagged with bringing so many bags this year and left Lily behind. I wish I'd packed her now.

I nearly took lily with me...... glad I didn't as me and Chloe Marcie took an unexpected swim in the pool lol!

Fortunately I rinsed her under the tap in case the chlorine bleached her and she has dried out as good as new, don't think lily would have survived though.

Oh good Lord :faint: :giggle: I, glad you and your Marcie survived unscathed.
I managed to drown my new iPhone on Easter Monday :panic:

IMG_0069.jpg I have been looking for a pair of dressy wedges for a few months, and last night I saw these Jimmy Choos. So I've pre-ordered them (there was only 1 pair available in my size)
They should be with me in the beginning of July; my Louise (stiletto) sandals are gorgeous and I love wearing them, but between the cobble stones, grass and gravel that abounds everywhere here, I have to be selective about where I wear them :crybaby: These should be less subject to pernicious flooring habits.

Mmmm lily! I need her in my life!!! How's the normal size lily for size? I have a BV disco but she is a tad small to fit my sunnies, cc compact & my iPhone 7+ so I always end up carrying my phone in hand or jacket pocket..

Oh my lord...... you survived through a major disaster! Good thinking on the rinsing. Lucky Marcie was a toughie to survive that ordeal.. [emoji33]

Thanks @ElainePG, I'm a size 34.5 so when I saw there was only 1 pair available I went for them. I wanted a plain cork wedge as I'm sure I'd manage to catch or stain a canvas or raffia wedge , I also wanted the upper shoe to have a bit of sparkle; so they're perfect :girlsigh:
Do you paint your toe nails when you wear sandals like this? If so, what color do you think you'll choose? Bright red? Something with a sparkle? :hbeat:

I tend to have my toenails painted all year round, they're painted a coral gloss colour at the moment. I don't like French polish on myself personally as I'm pale skinned, I like a contrasting pop of colour. Any sort of pink/red/coral with or without a bit of shimmer is my preference :tender: IMG_1494350538.764485.jpg

Haha, stone cold sober! Wonky tile, lost my footing, stepped on the slippery edge of the filter thingies and whoopsie daisy..... went in sideways. Converse seemed very slippery, glad I rinsed Marcie as my converse have faded. Hotel have taken my sunny's to opticians to be fixed

Oh no! It got a little bit wet, but the case saved it

Good job I rinsed as suspect the canvas lining would have lightened as my converse have faded
