Saffron Foulonné cardholder for my MIL arrived yesterday. Took a few snaps before gift wrapping it. Saffron is beautiful IRL, it changes between a neutral ochre to a very cheerful bright yellow-orange depending on lighting.

Was surprised and happy to see that it's made in France

Thanks one of the things I appreciate about Longchamp is the availability of many past season colours and styles. I'm often a bit slow on the uptake, take too long to decide, and then end up missing out on things. Loewe x Totoro, I'm looking at you

Thank you, hope she'll like it. She's not much of a handbag or SLG person, so she carries her cards around in one of those complementary plastic sleeves from the bank. From the looks of it, the plastic is not going to last much longer, haha. This will be much more durable

I actually received the medium long handle in black from the green line yesterday (from Bloomingdales) and was shocked to see Made in France!

I'm the same. I tend to take time to decide as well and once I've decided, it's gone. I'm sure she will like it and it will come to good usage. This will be far more durable than the plastic sleeves.

I think the photo didn't capture the color accurately - this one is petal pink which I think is older? But I am so pleased to have gotten a good deal on it!

@Yuki85 and @frenziedhandbag - I found it, you can tell your SA Took everything out for what feels like the hundredth time and had a very good look in direct sunlight. It's blind stamped in extremely light weight, minuscule capital letters on the little strip of folded leather inside the rear pocket (I've indicated the area with a yellow arrow).

Hiya this is Capucine (called ‘Red Orange’ by Longchamp in English speaking countries). It’s been discontinued for a few years by now.

Wish I could tell you how it compares to Love, but I’ve not seen Love in person…
