Hello ladies, against my grown up and better judgement I couldn't help myself ;) and lately I have been doing a bit of shopping, hard to pass when you find what you consider bargains, although may be they are not... I don't know, LOL
This is the first one that arrived, one I have been salivating over but my budget would never allow me to buy new. I paid $120 for it and the only defect is a couple tiny indentations on one side of the hang tag.

The 1941 Saddle Bag 23.

Wow! This is truly a steal! Congrats!

Great find...she looks great!

Great deal! I only need chalk and cornflower to complete my Ace collection. I love them!

Nice! And great deal! I'm carrying my burgundy one right now. It's one of my favorite bags.

Great price! Love the Ace.

Thanks all!!! I was so stoked to have this in my collection. I love second hand finds because I can use them every day without worrying about damaging them :P

So I have been craving a little color for the summer. I love my vintage collection. It seems I have collected alot of neutrals and dark colors. That challenge is that vintage in colors are few and far between. I was even looking at the large Peyton drawstring in melon/coral on eBay. I see color fading on many of the worn ones. And they were't exactly cheap.
So I found this Ashley Hippie mff at a flea market yesterday for $20. There is a stain with discoloration on the bottom, just left of center. Other wise in good shape. I am quite surprised at the weight of the leather. The weight of this leather rivals my unlined vintage bags. And the deep orange color is amazing. This will help my craving for a spot of color!20180610_135054.jpg 20180610_135112.jpgAnd while not quite as deep, it is around the dimension of my Monterey Hobo. The other big draw for me was the brass. I love brass tone over nickel hardware and the hardware is in great shape. The straps are in good shape too, with no cracking on the edge coat.
