Here are my Alaia sandals. I got one pair from a vintage shop and the other from the bay.

Do any of you lovelies recognize which season these are from?

so , it will be watchful waiting for me for now... the suede had been available on evilbay for a while but still hesitating as i want leather...
but, for now modelling pics would be awesome...

How many times have you been travelling and you see a FABULOUS pair of shoes and tell yourself "I'll get them at home"?

Well, I did it and I am kicking myself. So now I turn to my good friends here on TPF for help. PLEASE!!

I was in London and going through Shoe Heaven at Harrod's and came across this pair of round toe court shoes by Azzedine Alaia. They are like Louboutin Biancas, but without the platform and a bit more rounded toe - and at least a 140mm heel.

I came home and called Barney's - where I've found AA in the past - and no go. Do any of the ladies here had a clue where I can find these? They are called "Pekinese" and cost I believe £570.

Alaïa makes some beautiful booties. They seem quite rare so I've never had the opportunity to try them on in my size. Someday! You ladies have some beautiful specimens!
