ok, when I receive them I will let you know how they are running. They were really expensive $1395 so I have to love them in a way that I could not live without them in order to keep them.

just bought my first pair in the NAP sale http://www.net-a-porter.com/product/164815 i've had my eye on them for a while and i'm quite pleased with the price

i really hope they'll won't be too big ush: i'm usually a 38.5-39 and they only had the 39 left, but i just had to size down to a 38 in a pair of YSL wedges..

Just found these in my size--super excited cos finding Alaia in a 35 is hard enough and then this one which was a pair I had just about given up hope on!

These are pretty tame for Alaia (I love the crazy ones), but I found them at a little boutique in Vienna, Austria for 150Euro. To the shop lady I was like "Is that the price???" and she laughed at me.

Hi ladies,
I got a BIG problem. I really want the Alaias lace booties, before I didn't buy them because they were so expensive but now they are on sale at NAP site. They only have the 39.5 left and my usually size is 38. The problem is that I am thinking about purchase them in one and half size up from my size and add an insole to fitting them. I'm crazy right? What do you think guys? This is the last oportunity to get those at this "cheap" price.... :S but maybe this is kinda crazy...

i honestly wouldn't with wedges i find that they're pretty lethal if they're even a little big. unless you just want to look at them of course colette have the black non-lace up version in a 38 though i think?

well, i ended up returning mine they had the weirdest bump on the outside of the sole, like arch support or something but in totally the wrong place and they were a bit too long too, but i could have lived with that because i could get them pretty snug with the laces, but the bump was too annoying.
