check back on the pulse website under where it says my account and click on review orders/track packages and if they have your caramella that you returned it will say about having store credit in place of where that order was . Hope this makes sense to you. I just did it with my account today because I returned my pirate buon viaggio to them and where it used to show the order it now says I have store credit. But I have no idea how to use the credit.I think they're just waiting for their toki shipment in general. I returned that defective caramella back to them last week and haven't heard a thing from them!!
I have ordered three bags from them and have never received a dustbag with any of them . That's not fair ! LOL
