I got this ring from my husband for our first wedding anniversary. I had been looking for the perfect vintage setting for this sapphire for 10 years and he surprised me. :-) It's a new setting cast from a vintage mold. I really want to get a curved engraved band or a very slender sapphire band and wear it as a wedding set from time to time.

^^amazing! So beautiful

I think I only have one sapphire piece...a diamond and sapphire bracelet that my mother passed down to me on my wedding day. (See far right, on the ribbon...this is the only pic I have of the bracelet right now)

Everyone's sapphire jewelry piece is so nice!!!

Does anyone know about The Natural Sapphire Company?
They say their sapphires are much higher in quality compared to other competitors'.

I am thinking of creating a simple sapphire solitaire ring.
I have never purchased any jewelry without viewing/wearing the real thing.
So I am bit worried about purchasing from them online.
So far, the correspondence has been quite good.

I don't know about the Natural Sapphire Co, but I LOVE browsing their site!

Here's my sort-of-engagement ring

I've also got another sapphire ring in Sri Lanka but have mislaid my camera cord so can't upload a decent pic of it.
This is an old, scanned "real" photo from years ago LOL! There are bagutte sapphires and a free swinging drop. Not quite as dark as the pic indicates. I can't recall if the white stones are diamonds or white sapphires. I think, the former.

Yours are antique pieces? Very beautiful!
I am really impressed by everyone's collection in this thread.

Oh, you know their site and enjoy browsing!
They have a video.
Very enjoyable, isn't it?:p
(btw, I have been to your blog and enjoyed your story very much!!)

The Natural Sapphire Company is a website that is continually mentioned in this forum. I have been window shopping on the site many times. I like their loose stones a lot! I have never bought anything from them, however.
